"It only takes one person to change your life: You"

Personal coaching (individuals and groups)

Initially we will talk on the phone or you will complete a form, or we converse by email to see what the broad theme of your requirement is.  If I feel I may be able to help you then we will arrange a FREE consultation in which you will explain more precisely what you need and I will explain what I can do for you, If we agree to go ahead the first session will be arranged. If not we wave goodbye and go our separate ways. The rules of confidentiality still apply.

Each session will last between 45 minutes to an hour. During the first sessions or two we will be setting out what it is you are trying to achieve, and looking at ways to get there. Future sessions will build on the successes of previous sessions and cannot be predicted.

I will advise you what I think the optimum number of sessions will be; it may be less, it may be one or two more, or a lot more, this depends on how quickly you reach your goals. It will be an agreement to end the sessions, but both of us have the right to end sessions if we feel it is not working.

At the end of the last session I will give you feedback, this might also involve an Individual Learning Plan.

Confidentiality

Parents, please note that due to the fact that you may be seeking help for a condition or issue on behalf of someone else for coaching, and mentoring work it is important that the young person knows why they are seeing me, that they want to see me and that they want to make the necessary changes for self improvement. You will be given a plan and a report with coping strategies which may be useful for you to share with other agencies.

Please note the passing on of information to other third parties is critical to forging the essential supporting relationship – one of trust. I do not discuss work with individual clients or disclose information about them with or to anyone unless they have given consent and/or unless one of the following conditions apply.(Safe Guarding)

What we do

  • Set smart goals for self improvement
  • Achieve their ambitions
  • Support of an objective and non-judgemental mentor
  • Build confidence and social skills.
  • Better work ethic
  • Deal with difficult issues
  • Stop bullying

Confidentiality

You will have got the idea by now that we are going to talk about matters that are personal to you. For this reason there needs to be an understanding on confidentiality. I will go into this more in the free consultation, but you need to know that I will maintain absolute confidentiality over everything you tell me. There are some exceptions to this which we will discuss at your FREE consultation.
